Expertise

What I
treat

Every condition listed here is one I treat with depth. If yours is not listed, contact me directly. I will tell you honestly whether I can help and, if not, where to go instead.

01

Posture & Desk-Related Pain

Neck, shoulder, and back pain driven by how you sit and move. Addressed through clinical assessment and hands-on treatment, not a list of stretches you already know.

02

Chronic & Persistent Pain

Pain that has stayed too long deserves more than a generic management plan. I look for the why, and we work toward lasting change, not coping strategies.

03

MSK & Sports Injuries

Acute sporting injuries to long-standing musculoskeletal complaints. Structured assessment, precise diagnosis, and hands-on treatment from the first session.

Techniques

How I
work

Treatment is never one-dimensional. Depending on what your body needs, I draw on a range of evidence-informed techniques, always within a clinical framework and always with clear reasoning behind each choice.

Manual Therapy

Joint mobilisation and manipulation applied with precision to restore movement, reduce pain, and address the structural causes of dysfunction. A clinical tool, not a comfort measure.

Myofascial & Soft Tissue Therapy

Targeted work on muscle and fascial tissue to release trigger points, improve mobility, and address pain that conventional approaches have not resolved. Always combined with specific corrective exercises and movement retraining, so that the changes made in the treatment room are reinforced and sustained.

Therapeutic Exercise & Rehabilitation

Individualised exercise programmes designed around your capacity, your schedule, and your goals. Progressions that build strength, restore function, and reduce the likelihood of recurrence. Nothing generic, nothing that requires equipment you do not have.

Method

How every
session works

Private physiotherapy should feel different from the ten-minute NHS appointment. Each session is built around you: your history, your goals, your body. Not a protocol designed for someone else.

Thorough Initial Assessment

The first appointment takes as long as it needs to. Movement analysis, detailed history, functional testing. No shortcuts. The full picture begins here.

Hands-On Manual Therapy

A significant part of every session is devoted to hands-on work. Mobilisation, manipulation, myofascial release, adapted to what your body actually needs that day.

Holistic Rehabilitation

Recovery does not happen in a treatment room alone. I look at your movement patterns, your lifestyle, and the factors that sustain your pain, not just its symptoms. The plan we build together reflects that.

Honest Communication

You will always know what I found, what I think is happening, and what the realistic path forward looks like, in plain language, without hedging.

FAQ

Common
questions

If you have a question that is not answered here, feel free to reach out directly. I am always happy to talk through whether physiotherapy is the right next step for you.

No. You can book directly without seeing a GP first. Physiotherapists are first-contact practitioners, which means I can assess, diagnose, and treat you independently. If I identify something that requires a medical referral, I will tell you clearly and help you navigate that.

The initial consultation is longer than a follow-up. I will take a detailed history, assess your movement and function, and carry out any relevant clinical tests. By the end of the session you will have a clear understanding of what I think is happening and what the plan is. Treatment often begins in the first session too.

This varies significantly depending on the condition, how long it has been present, and your own goals. I will give you an honest estimate after the initial assessment. I do not recommend more sessions than necessary, and I will always explain my reasoning if I suggest continuing treatment.

Yes. Chronic and persistent conditions are something I treat with particular interest. Long-standing pain often requires a broader approach that looks beyond the site of symptoms, and that is exactly the kind of case I find most meaningful to work with.

Yes. I consult fluently in English, Italian, and French. If you would feel more comfortable speaking in Italian or French, simply let me know when you get in touch and we will conduct the session in whichever language suits you best.

I practise at Until, Canary Wharf, London E14. The clinic is easily accessible by Jubilee line and DLR. Exact directions and access details will be confirmed when you book your appointment.

About

Trained across
three countries.
Practising in one.

I trained and practised in Italy, France, and the United Kingdom — a path that gave me exposure to different clinical cultures, different schools of manual therapy, and fundamentally different ways of listening to patients.

HCPC and CSP registered, I treat the whole person. The complaint is always the starting point, never the finish line. Understanding why pain has arisen, and what will genuinely resolve it — not just manage it — is what I am here for.
